Abstract: Once that wage relation is a complex mechanism that establishes a relationship between the production and social processes that generate different forms of engagement with employment, the purpose of this paper is to expose the results of an investigation, one of whose hypothesis is that the creation of companies is related with the slope of the fordist wage reduction and the emergence of the phenomenon of the precarity.
