Análisis de los Factores Determinantes del Mobbing y su Incidencia en la República Dominicana

    The last two decades there has been an increase in knowledge of mobbing, its scope and components. Féliz et al. (2018), indicate that the average number of studies reviewed places the existence of workplace harassment between 1% and 17%, depending on the instrument used to obtain the information, the time criteria for measuring repetition and whether or not it is directly questioned to the harassed. The research studies mobbing, its existence in current work environments and the risk factors that can give rise to its conformation. We measure it through the NAQ-PWI scale and for analysis we use Smart-PLS. The Dominican Republic is the scenario where the survey was applied, as it is a country with an economy whose main source of income is tourism, with a location and economic development that encourages foreign investment and a cultural composition where different ethnicities have influenced.
