    Abstract:
    The main objective of this study is to carry out a marketing plan by investigating how the company Pavidols is acting and what actions it has been developing, in what environment it is in, and then a series of actions will be proposed in order to be able to fulfil the purposes of the main plan. In order to carry out this research, a series of procedures have been carried out, both in the theoretical field and in the practical field, with which we have been able to obtain conclusions and fulfil the purpose of the plan. Firstly, the history, trajectory and current situation situation of the company is described. Secondly, the products it has and how it is exploiting them to develop its business are studied. Thirdly, the different current environments are analysed and then the improvements are presented, respecting the analysed environments and the limitations of the company. Finally, a Gantt diagram is provided showing the “timing” of the different actions and some of the demonstrations of the actions carried out.
