Possible consequences of the law on animal protection, rights, and welfare on different sectors

Abstract:
This work consists of predicting the consequences in the markets of pets through quantitative and qualitative analysis of the new law on animal protection, rights, and welfare. Using surveys, interviews, and searches in databases and various sources of information, the aim is to identify the possible effects that the enforcement of the law will have on animal breeding, sales, nutrition, and healthcare services. The articles that are of certain relevance for potential controversies will be analyzed step by step, and the different political positions taken and the main criticisms from experts regarding the impact it would have on both the economy and the environment will be examined.
