    Abstract:
    The project aims to recognize the plots that surround the town of Constantí and find solutions to the disconnections that have occurred between them over time. Especially in these empty housing estates that we find in most towns and cities, since the growth model that was proposed has become obsolete. One of the solutions to link these plots of the residence for the elderly that would reconnect the countryside surrounding Constantí with the town
