Abstract:
The project Business Plan: el Cercle Priorat addresses the establishment of a winery in the municipality of Porrera, specifically within the Qualified Designation of Origin Priorat. It is framed in the scope of the development of a Business Plan. The idea stems from the desire of the founding partners to give a new use to the family-owned lands to explore the viability of cultivating, producing and marketing a range of their own wines. The objective is to determine the economic and financial viability of the project and design a series of Plans to be developed for proper sustainability. To analyze this, a series of analyses and business plans are developed to specify the positioning, the sales forecast, the financing needs, and the main assigned costs. The set of analyzes carried out conclude that it is a viable project that can have a positive impact on the Financial States once the set of planned ranges are produced and marketed. In addition, they make it possible to study and take advantage of strategic opportunities for the future.
