Abstract:The anthropometric parameters changes that happens during the puberty, has been repeatedly described in relation to the progression in chronologic age. This study leaving from a longitudinal study has analysed what was the age in which the variability of the pubescent maturation was the greatest. So, have chosen the 13 years old males and the 12 years old females. In them, heave described the clinical anthropometric parameters and those from the body composition in relation to the puberty stay. Essential parameters like weight, height, body density, fat mass and the arm’s muscle area demonstrate differences significative statistics in relation to the pubescent maturation in both sexes. So like with the index of the testicle volume in the male. Observed in the male a clear parallelism in the progression of the weight and height in relation to the pubescent maturation being less obvious in the female. From all that, pretend to catch the paediatrics’ attention on the different clinical signification of one anthropometric measure or body composition during the puberty according as the maturative level of the individual who’s evaluating.
