Abstract:	The purpose of this Final Project is to make a business plan to implement a company dedicated to rural tourism in Priorat, specifically in the town of Siurana and it is trade name will be “Cal Moix. The idea is to create a company of rural tourist accommodation in a privileged location within the town. The study aims to better understand and put into practise all of those subjects that it have been imparted in the university. Also better understand the rural world and how it works in Catalonia and especially in the Costa Daurada, where the company is located. See all the necessary steps to create a company that I think will help me in the future. The first sections will be devoted to the analysis of external factors that can affect the company, the market and offering that exist in this area, in Catalonia and the rest of Spain. It has conducted a study of direct competition within the Costa Daurada and especially of the establishments that are within the municipality of Siurana. It has also carried out an analysis of the internal factors that will have the company where have been specified the location, costs, operations and process that will follow the business, the company description, mission, values and vision, the legal form and the analysis of the jobs that will create. In addition, a marketing plan to structure the part of the promotion and the image that will be offered to costumers. Finally, will take place a financial analysis that will help us to know if it is profitable or not create the company, after seeing all the variables that can affect performance and productivity of company. From all the data we extract from the different sections and above the financial analysis section can be said that the initial investment effort is rewarded by future benefits and that the idea of introducing this business will be profitable. Therefore, the result of this business plan is that the business is viable.
