Abstract:
The appearance of reality show contests has involved having to concrete the controversial legal nature between participants and contestant producer by courts. Statements from them have been different, without existing any unified doctrine, and the authors who have commented about the topic have reached a clear conclusion either. In countries such as France this provision services has been claimed labour work, so that it can be used as a reference to reach consensus in Spain. This dissertation tries to formulate a suitable proposal for this type of work in order to establish a correct legal regulation and to provide to the participants a legal framework in case of a conflict with contestant producer.
