Abstract:	This research is about efficacy’s development in workgroups, understanding by efficacy the capacity to successfully achieve the proposed objectives. The purpose is to elaborate an own methodology that, given any workgroup, allows to increase its efficacy level. The content of this methodology will be determinated through the analysis of diverse key indicators in different workgroups of the same company. These indicators will be evaluated through the creation of a survey, which will be completed by the members of the different workgroups studied. Then, the workgroups with the best results in the different ambits evaluated will be chosen and their leaders will be interviewed. Thanks to the techniques, behaviors and management methods named by the leaders, a series of conclusions can be drawn. The conclusions will serve as a basis for determining the methodology sought. Ideally and as mentioned above, the methodology obtained at the end of the process should be able to develop efficacy’s level of any workgroup.
