Abstract:
The present project develops the creation of a biosensor printed on paper substrates to detect selectively and in low concentration human albumin serum, based on OECT (Organic Electrochemical Transistors), the latest generation tool. The OECT is used as a transducer of the biorecognition event, to transform a chemical phenomenon into an electrical signal. This will be carried out by functionalizing the surface of the gate, where the antigen-antibody selective reaction will take place.
