Abstract:
This article reviews and analyzes Social Work in the health center where I lived my experience and I did my internship at Pius Hospital located in Valls. The main idea is the descriptive analysis of the specific role which the social worker does in this field, considering that it is a temporal resource that offers comprehensive attention to the patient to achieve a better quality of live. The methodology has been a bibliographic revision and the participating observation and with that I have been able to confirm the social work in this regime is essential, also it’s required aptitudes and to work as a team because I have seen that the health necessities are connected with social determinations.
