Abstract:Located in the Conca de Barberà, a territory defined by its mountainous boundaries, we find a population distributed in different urban centers with large differences in size. Taking a look at the past, we find historical facts that position the agricultural sector as the main economic engine, however, with the arrival of industry, agriculture is forgotten, taking a back seat. It is for this reason that a strategy is being sought using existing resources that promote knowledge of local products such as the Cistercian Route along with the activation of new equipment favoring towns with more depopulation
