Abstract:	This project consists of the elaboration of a business plan for an online platform focused on the student rental market, specifically in the geographical area of Catalonia. Throughout this project, all the elements forming part of a business plan and that have an implication over the project are defined in a clear and organized manner. At the end, and as a result of this research, there is a forecast of the project’s results and analysis of its viability.
