Abstract:Technical and Fundamental analysis of the market price of Repsol The main objective of this work is to understand the evolution and behavior of the market price of Repsol and understand what factors have caused the behavior of the share price for 2015, highlighting the analysis in oil prices as one of the main variables that have negatively affected the market price of Repsol in 2015. In our work, we find the two most important methods of analysis for stock market analysis: technical analysis and fundamental analysis. Regarding fundamental analysis, we performed a financial, economic and equity analysis of the consolidated accounts of Repsol group for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015, to understand the evolution of the financial and economic situation of the Repsol Group financial statements, analyze the distribution of dividends, CAPM and APT model by comparing Repsol with the price of oil and the Ibex, we analyze the main causes of the drop in oil prizes and finally a comparison of Repsol with Royal Dutch Shell and British petroleum through ratios. All these parts can be found in the Annex. Regarding technical analysis, we identify trend lines, supports and resistances, the formation of chartists figures and areas of buying and selling from the analysis using technical indicators and oscillators. Thanks to these two analyzes, we have made a prediction of the price of Repsol for the first three months of 2016. Next, we have also performed testing the prediction
