The Master's thesis focuses on optimizing and digitizing the facility project management process using PowerApps and SharePoint. The main objective is to develop an application that allows efficient management, from planning to execution of projects. The application will provide functionality such as task assignment, resource tracking, cost control and report generation. By using PowerApps and SharePoint as the main tools, the aim is to achieve an intuitive and scalable solution that improves productivity and facilitates collaboration between the departments involved.
