| Abstract: | With the general approach known as translator ethics, the concepts of cooperation, risk and trust all play major roles but in slightly different ways. A chronological presentation of the way these concepts have been used is able to show the basic connections between them. Cooperation, as a technical term, describes the attainment of mutual benefits as the desired outcome of any human-to-human interaction, indeed as the foundation of social life. |
