Descripció:	El artículo analiza la temática de derechos humanos y salud mental, a partir del documento Mental Health, Human Rights and Legislation- Guidance and Practice (OMS/ONU-2023). Se destacan las contribuciones de este documento en relación con la Convención sobre los derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad (CDPD), de 2006, particularmente en lo que se refiere a la medicalización y al uso de psicofármacos. Se aborda la dificultad de garantizar el ejercicio de estos derechos en la vida cotidiana, a partir del relato de las personas expertas por experiencia. Finalmente, se analiza un caso concreto de retroceso de derechos, en curso en Argentina, debido a la presentación del proyecto de Ley Ómnibus, por el presidente Milei. Un proyecto de ley que contradice los marcos internacionales sobre derechos humanos y salud mental, aquí analizados. This article analyses the topic of human rights and mental health based on the document Mental Health, Human Rights and Leg-islation-Guidance and Practice (WHO/UN, 2023). The contributions of the document are discussed in relation to the 2006 Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), particularly regarding med-icalization and the use of psychotropic drugs. The paper addresses the difficulty of applying and guaranteeing the exercise of these rights in daily life based on the accounts of expert experiences. It also presents an analysis of a specific case rights rollback currently underway in Argentina due to President Milei’s omnibus bill, which contradicts the international frameworks on human rights and mental health.
