Abstract:
The hijab is a garment used in the Islamic religion to cover women's hair and therefore a way of externalizing religious beliefs. This means that the Muslim female audience in Spain receives more rejection and fewer job opportunities. The purpose of this work will be to study this group and identify the possible problems and opportunities presented to them. Analyzing the scientific evidence on the exclusion of Muslim women in the world of work as well as the scientific evidence on the opportunities for inclusion that are presented to them, focusing the analysis mainly on discrimination and opportunities at the national level. To finish, a proposal for improvement or action will be made to promote the integration of this group in the world of work
