Abstract: The current article presents the main characteristics of the Learning Communities project. This project is addressed towards the transformation of the educational centres with the aim of overcoming the school failure and the coexistence problems. Its commitment to the dialogical learning shows up the need of establishing an egalitarian dialogue in which the whole educational community joins forces in order to achieve common objectives which improves the educational success of all the students.
