Resum: RT-qPCR dCt values of gene expression from colon, small intestine and liver tissues from germ free mice monocolonized with E. coli expression bile salt hydrolase activity. Mice monocolonized with non-BSH expressing E. coli, non-monocolonized and conventionally-raised mice were used as controls, and RT-qpCR dCT values of colon organoids incubated with a mix of bile acids, LPS or a mix of bile acids + LPS. Values are normalized to the expression levels of ß-actin
