Abstract:
This project consists in the implantation and design a new station of tankers load in which four types will be loaded of of inflammable liquids of class 3, styrene, benzene, hexane and ortoxilene, and the mechanical and administrative study - The limits of battery of this project go from the four tanks of storage of the products until the load in the corresponding cisterns. - A rhythm of load of 75 m3/hr and 16 daily hours of work that will be distributed with two turns have been gauged, a cistern will be loaded with half an hour approximately. Saturdays it will be carried out only a turn due to the transport of these products being restricted and Sundays the plant will take maintenance of tanks. - In order to carry out one good operating of load they will be carried out two quality controls in order to assure the quality of the product, there will be a first control that the product will be made before the tank of storage, in the finishing line of product and second one in the arm of load, before arriving in the cistern, of this they will withdraw two samples, one will remain in the plant and the other one will take away the carrier of the cistern. Also the weighing of each truck will be carried out, to be able to have a follow-up of the amount of loaded product and to assure that the truck can circulate. - Finally all the necessary administrative process will be followed for fulfilling the regulations ADR. - The project will reach also all the safety measures that will have to be carried out by the type of stored product and the risks that there can be will be evaluated. -
