    Abstract:
    The (EPAR) company is new one. Its main goal is the design of facilities to treat or to retrieve effluents of polluted water. The project entrusted for the plant of PVC consists of the cleaning of their aqueous effluents for their later re-exploitation. The alternatives of re-exploitation techniques of these effluents will be studied, and an installation of collection of effluents and distribution of water treated will be designed.
