    Abstract:
    The development of this project is based on the Common Telecommunications Infrastructure, which is regulated by Royal Decree 401/2003 of 4 April, that approved the Regulations on access to telecommunications services within buildings and activity Installation of telecommunications equipment and systems. In Annex I, paragraph 4, establishes quality standards for services of broadcasting and television. The main objective of this project was to design a software tool to handle and easy to use, quick and comfortable for ICT certification, which must meet specified quality levels. This Software requires the mathematical program Matlab 7.0 or higher, and a 4-meter C Prolink Promax Premium.
