Abstract:
The project deals with the study and design of antennas ultra wideband (UWB). First it gives a theoretical basis on which the story is, standardization and main applications of UWB technology, in echoing what their main operating characteristics, which make it an attractive system for use in wireless communications with high data rates. In the second, more practical, working on the design of these antennas to operate within the bandwidth specified for communications UWB (3.1-10.6 GHz), indicating in each case the most important parameters of antenna. Finally, at the end of the project is an evaluation of all prototype antennas designed and constructed, indicating which is best appropriate for UWB communications.
