Creation, implementation and analysis of a protocol for evaluating the transference of teachers' permanent training. Evaluative study

    Abstract:
    The evaluation of teachers’ training is a key element that allows the educative centers to test their experience and to consider some lines of action, as well as to improve, when necessary, the Training Program of the Center.The aim of this project arises from the creation of a protocol to evaluate the transference of teachers’ training. For this program we count on different sources to collect information (before, during, at the end of the process and with prerecorded form), addressed to different users (Educative Services, Executive Team, trainers and teachers); the validation of the project in two different educative centers (urban area and rural area) and its later analysis to test its validity and the results obtained in each center.It has been identified two different tendencies to evaluate the transference: the results (grade of application of the training in the classroom) and the factors that affect the transference (the conditions of the users, timing, environment…) which influence the final results. Once the protocol has been analyzed in all its phases, we could reach conclusions and results.
