The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the most characteristic elements of our society. Inevitably the ICT configure, influence and determine the education. The Universityshould notbe left out ofthis incorporationmustevenbe a precursor tothisentrythrough theimplementation ofmechanisms thatpromoteandguarantee. The interest of this study is to describe de ICT Skills of university teachers to improve the training offered in ICT of themselves. Our proposal has been developed for the description of ICT skills, knowledge of state of the art and knowledge of the training offer available in Spanish universities.
