Our intention is that de present line of investigation provides improvements to the professional practice of psychologists, psychiatrics, doctors of the work, etc. as for the Valuation of the Psycho-Social Damage.The objective of this work, starting off the classification, description of cases and definition of variables, is to organize the results to tool way, 'CDP' Classification Diagnoses Psycho-Social, for the professionals of the area.The 'CDP' facilitates the valuation of the psycho-social damage, determining if we are of not before a situation of mobbing, violence in the work or conflict. Also the excellent data obtained through the 'CDP' and their analysis by experts, allow to restore prevention protocols, to design the intervention methodology and also it facilitates the elaboration of expert information on the psycho-social risks in the labor scope.In the first place a total population of 151 cases derived during years 2003 and 2004, has considered for attention in Clinical Psychology, by Mutual of Industrial accidents and those that have arrived by private consultation. Between these 151 cases, as inclusion criterion the documented clinical files of the totality which contained labor data, having itself obtained a total sample of 77 cases, that were selected they represent a 50,99% of the total.In a first exploratory analysis, it was come to the classification of the data gathered of the 77 cases, in three groups: demographic and labor variables (VDL), variables of diagnose (VDG) and variables of conflict, violence in the work and mobbing (VCVM), draining the data of the files to a drained document of data with the EpiInfo program.This draining of data has allowed us to obtain later statistical the descriptive ones and to delimit each one of the cases, being outline two groups (A) and (NA). In the present investigation we talked about (A) Affected by injurious or negative psychosocial Factors in its labor surroundings those cases that present/display damage to their well-being, quality of life or to the psychological or mental health specifically and/or to the development of their work, as well as one or more of the variables (VCVM).The results obtained by means of the statistical analysis of cases and controls postfacto, the comparison of the groups (A) and (NA), allow us to establish the profile of each one of them. The profile diagnosis and profile CVM allow us to make the VDP (valuation of psycho-social damage) by means the valuation of injurious the psychosocial factors in the labor surroundings and the damages that these have produce so much to the well-being, quality of life, physical and/or mental health and in the labor scope with the presence of one or more variables CVM, as well as the degree of the produced sequels.In order to establish the qualification of the sequels derived from injurious the psycho-social factors in the labor atmosphere, the factors must be valued psychological, medical, legal and labor that concur in each tactical mission, with de purpose of establishing the final diagnosis of the suffered injuries, sequels and determining the limitations for the performance of their work considering the fundamental tasks or notof their habitual work. One is due to come to the later legal classification of these conducts to provide therefore the effective accomplishment of the expert work and its corresponding date.Also all the expressed data previously, allow to show us the alteration of the state of the health of the (A), the nosology of mobbing by means of the study of the based clinic, in the grouping of their signs or objective manifestation of disease or alteration of the health, perceived by means of physical examination and according to the classification of DSM-IV and CIE-10, and significant symptoms or perception of subjective change that can be recognized like anomalous caused by pathological state or Description and classification of patients affected by injurious psycho-social factors in its labor disease, take us to establish the nosologic classification of diseases which we have denominated Psycho-social Syndrome in Work 'SPT'.Finally the results are organized and the 'CDP' is made Classification Diagnoses Psycho-Social, a protocol so that the professionals of the health (psychologists, doctors and/or psychiatrists) can classify the information of the cases and detecting the presence of significant data that can be generated before the exhibition to negative psycho-social factors in the job.
