    Abstract:
    This research is done from the need to understand and describe the impact of new technologies in our society and in relation to the learning of students with specific educational needs. In more recent studies Cabero (2009) refers to the relationship is maintained between education and technology, is when you start to talk about the role of new technologies (TIC / TAC) to open new methods of teaching and learning, and bring reality in the classroom, school context. The theoretical framework emphasizes the evolution of the concept of special education, citing the most common types present in the classroom and measures to address them, with reference to the legislation. Regarding the empirical framework, the methodology chosen was qualitative, with the case study. The proposed action is to create a portal of digital and interactive collection of specific materials to meet the needs of students.
