    Abstract:
.Around 300,000 years before present it is possible to observe a great number of changes in the European archaeological record. There is a use of fire widespread in the prehistoric camps. This thing coincides with a technological development based on the widespread of a more complex knapping methods based in a higth level of predetermination. The Levallois technique is the greatest example of this type of technologies that arise later in the so called Mousterian. On the other hand is sensed an increased complexity in the spatial organization of the occupations. Through a redefinition of the traditional classification systems and the nature of these change times, and thanks to the technological analysis of the Gran Dolina TD10 and Orgnac 3 sites, we concluded that in the limit of 300,000 BP these previous elements interact resulting in a great complexity at social, economic, technological and cultural levels.
