Resum: La gonorrea és la segona malaltia de transmissió sexual més prevalent. Per al diagnòstic es requereix una inspecció microscòpica de teixits tenyits de Gram, cultiu bacterian i PCR. L'objectiu de l'estudi és analitzar els casos de PCR positiva i cultiu negatiu de N. gonorrhoeae detectats durant els anys 2018-2022 al Clínico-Malvarrosa (València). Per identificar les possibles causes, es va realitzar una anàlisi retrospectiva mitjançant regressió logística binària mitjançant el programari IBM SPSS. L'absència de símptomes en el pacient en el moment de la presa de mostres, un CT>27 (CT: cicle de quantificació) en PCR i l'administració d'antibiòtics. els aspectes més importants que s'han descrit. The aim of the study is to analyze the cases of positive PCR and negative culture for N. gonorrhoeae detected during the years 2018-2022 in the Clínico-Malvarrosa (Valencia). To identify possible causes, a retrospective analysis was performed using binary logistic regression using IBM SPSS software.The absence of symptoms in the patient at the time of sampling, a CT>27 (CT: cycle of quantification) on PCR, and antibiotic administration are the most important aspects that have been described.
