Resum: DCs have a great influence on inflammation and the adaptive immune system. Previously, in mouse macrophages in vitro, GCV was seen to act as a partial agonist on the cGAS-STING pathway. This work studies whether it also occurs in human DCs. CD14+ monocytes were differentiated into DCs in vitro to study their activation with GCV. Analyzing them with FACS and RT-qPCR. Obtaining that GCV together with LPS, activator of cGAS-STING, enhances the activation. Increasing the expression of TNFa and IL-10, and increasing the abundance of CD80 and CD86. Confirming that GCV presents immunomodulatory capabilities on human DCs, enabling its use as an immunostimulator. Les DC presenten gran influència sobre la inflamació i el sistema immune adaptatiu. Anteriorment, en macròfagos de rató in vitro, es veu que GCV actua com a agonista parcial sobre la ruta cGAS-STING. Aquest treball estudia si també en DCs humanes. Es diferenciaron monòcits CD14+ en DCs in vitro per estudiar la seva activació amb GCV. Analitzant amb FACS i RT-qPCR. Obtenint que GCV junt a LPS, activador de cGAS-STING, potencia l'activació. Augmentant l'expressió de TNFa i IL-10, i augmentant l'abundància de CD80 i CD86. Confirmant que GCV presenta les capacitats inmunomoduladores sobre DCs humanes, possibilitant el seu ús com a inmunoestimulador.
