Abstract: En este trabajo de fin de grado hemos estudiado los aspectos más relevantes de la Guarda y Custodia Compartida. Primeramente, se ha hecho una comparativa entre la legislación española y la legislación catalana, seguidamente nos adentramos en la caracterización de dicha figura analizando todos aquellos aspectos relevantes que la conciernan: desde el concepto, sus características, los criterios que utilizan los tribunales para establecer este régimen, las modalidades, el reparto del tiempo y la atribución del uso del domicilio, entre muchos otros. Todo ello teniendo en cuenta el principio favor filii, principio por excelencia de la legislación en el Derecho de Familia. In this work we have studied the most important aspects of shared custody. First, we made a comparison between the Spanish legislation and the Catalan legislation, then we have entered in the characterization of this figure by analyzing all the relevant aspects concerning him: from the concept, its characteristics, the criteria used by the courts to establish this regime, the modalities, time-sharing and the allocation of the use of the home, among many others. All this taking into account the principle of favor filii, principle par excellence of legislation in Family Law.In this work we have studied the most important aspects of shared custody. En aquest treball de fi de grau hem estudiat els aspectes més rellevants de la Guarda i Custòdia Compartida. Primerament, s'ha fet una comparativa entre la legislació espanyola i la legislació catalana, seguidament ens endinsem en la caracterització d'aquesta figura analitzant tots aquells aspectes rellevants que la concerneixen: des del concepte, les característiques, els criteris que utilitzen els tribunals per establir aquest règim, les modalitats, el repartiment del temps i l'atribució de l'ús del domicili, entre molts altres. Tot això tenint en compte el principi favor filii, principi per excel·lència de la legislació en el Dret de Família .
