Business plan: Travel agency specialized in Accessible Tourism

Abstract:
The purpose of this final project is to establish a business plan for carrying out the implantation of a travel agency located in Reus, in the province of Tarragona. The agency will present a specialization in the segment of Accessible Tourism. However, it will provide intermediation services between the offer and the tourist demand for customers who need other types of services. For this, our services will be destined to general public, but we will devote special attention to the elaboration of tourist packages aimed at these customers with special needs. The Accessible Tourism has emerged in order to that people who have some kind of disability can practice tourism in an autonomous way thus contributing to achieve quality tourism for all. The evolution of accessibility in tourism sector provides a great benefit to a large number of users of tourist services, such as persons with permanent and temporary disabilities, the elderly and families with small children. This business plan attempts to analyze the viability of the business project. For do so, it will be carried out an analysis of some aspects which influence the development of business as travel agency.
