Abstract:
This project proposes the creation of a form of unusual gastronomic trade in the country: the Food Truck. This is unique hawking food, either for its preparation and its origin, in small trucks, vans or trailers highly ready and rebuilt to keep food carrying and even cooking inside in good conditions. The street food concept is rooted in a wide range of countries around the world for several years. Enjoy delicious dishes at street level and at a very rational price, it is the characteristics of this trend that emerges increasingly with new forms. We evaluate the state regulations of this sector and its main drawbacks. Also mention the necessary permits to start the business. We analyze the costs of the implementation of a Food Truck, promotion and events focusing on the importance of social networks in this sector. Moreover, we will analyze the survey for the market study, which also define our potential customers and their preferences. This work is made, from at point of view of publicity and economically, so that an atypical Food Truck business can come to life at some not too distant future in the resort town of Salou.
