The influence of terrorism on tourism. Attacks in Paris, Brussels and Nice

Abstract:
In a current context where the terrorism is increasing activly and becoming aggressive and global, by the present investigation the affectation of the terrorism is analyzed in the tourist sector. Bearing in mind that the tourist sector is exposed to global changes, the last terrorism attacks in Europe committed by Islamic State have had consistently a repercussion in the affected destinations. The study is based on Paris, Brussels and Nice events and three different aspects are analyzed: the affectation of terrorism in the city and the country, the behavioral changes of the tourist regarding these destinations and the citizens opinion regarding the current terrorism context.
