    Abstract:
The study carried out aims, on the one hand, to include the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams as well as the optimization of the technical application and the repeatability of the foams to be able to make a correct evaluation of the different parameters to study. On the other hand, we want to develop some systems to find the optimum in terms of customer needs, the price of raw materials and availability in the production process. As a result, it has been possible to find a new system that has surpassed the established requirements, but it still needs modifications to improve the efficiency. To sum up, we want to continue studying this wide field of work of rigid polyurethane foams as a flame retardant system to address the new European regulations that regulate the reduction of HFC's hydrofluorocarbon inflammation agents.
