Abstract: Introduction: suicide, nowadays, is considered a serious public health problem because the suicide rate is kept on or even been increasing during the last years. This fact shows that we realize that we need prevention programs. In the next study, the programs were aimed at teenagers, period of time from 10 to 19 which is of growth and human development full of changes. In these programs they train Gatekeepers to detect teenagers in risk at secondary school and universities. Objective: to assess, through a systematic review, if the training of Gatekeepers in high schools and universities helps the early detection of adolescents in risk of suicide. Methodology: systematic review of scientific articles and after the analysis. Results: for this systematic review, there have been recovered 9 articles that applied the prevention programs with Gatekeepers for the teenager population at secundary school and universities have been recovered. In these ones, it was seen that the personal that did the training increased significantly the real knowledge, the perceived knowledge and the self-confidence and, although it did not stay in its totality in the later months but continued having the knowledge to be able to continue putting them into practice. Conclusions: despite the lack of support for the institutions, it has been shown that it could be a good tool for detecting teens in risk of suicide and increase the knowledge of it. Introducció: el suïcidi, en l’actualitat, és considerat un greu problema de salut pública donat que les tasses d’aquest s’han mantingut o, inclòs, han anat incrementant exponencialment durant els darrers anys. Aquest fet fa que ens adonéssim que necessitem programes de prevenció. En el següent estudi, els programes van anar dirigits a la població adolescent, etapa de la vida que compren entre els 10 i 19 anys i que és un període de creixement i desenvolupament humà ple de canvis. En aquets programes van formar a Gatekeepers per poder detectar adolescents en risc a les escoles d’ensenyament secundari i universitats. Objectiu: valorar, mitjançant una revisió sistemàtica, si la formació de Gatekeepers a les escoles d’ensenyament secundari i a les universitats ajuda a la detecció precoç d’adolescents en risc de suïcidi. Metodologia: revisió sistemàtica d’articles científics i posterior anàlisi. Resultats: per a aquesta revisió sistemàica s’han pogut recuperar un total de 9 articles que aplicaven els programes de prevenció amb Gatekeepers per a la població adolescent en escoles d’esenyament secundari i universitats. En aquests, es va veure que el personal que realitzava l’entrenament va augmentar significativament el coneixement real, el coneixement percebut i l’autoconfiança i, tot i que no es mantenia en la seva totalitat als posteriors mesos de seguiment, seguien tenint els coneixements per poder seguir posant-los en pràctica. Conclusions: a pesar de la falta de suport per les institucions s’ha demostrat que podria ser una bona intervenció per detectar adolescents en risc de suïcidi.
