Abstract:
This article is about the defense of the offer of a alternative service, how is the sex assistance for disabled people, to give a answer to the demands for the need of having help to satisfy their afective, sensuals and sexual needs. During the article, there will be an introduction to sexuality as a basic human need, amongst others. With the aim of justify that the colective of disabled people is not different to the rest of people, so, they also have this kind of needs. There also will be an specification about how is the sewuality of this disabled people, to set out their pros and cons. Ie, their wishes and their limits.
