Abstract: Este trabajo trata sobre el análisis comercial y químico de varias muestras de vermut. Los resultados obtenidos se han separado según el tipo de aperitivo, la provincia donde se elabora y la diferencia entre las marcas blancas y comerciales. La normativa regida por el BOE debe cumplirse para todos los vermuts, pero en este trabajo se demuestra que no siempre es así. Al tener muchos datos, se han analizado mediante el programa The Unscrambler para poder realizar un PCA que contenga todos los valores obtenidos en el laboratorio. This project analyses different vermouth samples both commercially and chemically. The relation between the samples has been distributed depending on the type of vermouth, the location and the brand. These products have to follow the regulations so as to be sold, however, there are some samples that do not achieve the limits. As there is so much information The Unscrambler is the programme used to see a PCA with the results obtained. Aquest treball tracta sobre l’anàlisi comercial i químic de diverses mostres de vermut. S’han buscat relacions tenint en compte el tipus d’aquest aperitiu, la província on es troben i si són marques blanques o comercials. La normativa regida pel BOE ha de complir-se per tots els vermuts, però en aquest treball es demostra que no sempre es compleixen. Al tenir moltes dades, s’han analitzat mitjançant el programa The Unscrambler per poder realitzar un PCA que contingui tots els valors obtinguts al laboratori.
