    Abstract:
    This project analyses different vermouth samples both commercially and chemically. The relation between the samples has been distributed depending on the type of vermouth, the location and the brand. These products have to follow the regulations so as to be sold, however, there are some samples that do not achieve the limits. As there is so much information The Unscrambler is the programme used to see a PCA with the results obtained.
