    Abstract:
Introduction:The polytrauma is the principal cause of mortality and disablement among the youngest population and the predominant reason of this fact is the traffic accidents. In these cases of such complexity, the approach of the outpatient emergency services, where the infirmary takes part in, are key. Objective:Identifying those more updated and evidenced infirmary interventions, which are focused on the trauma patient and the prehospital setting.Methodology:A bibliographical revision is carried out among the principal data bases (Google Academic, Cinahl, Pubmed, Scopus and Web of Science) taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results:20 articles related to the study subject are selected, which are divided depending on the specific aim of what they give response to.Conclusions:The realization of a correct primary evaluation by the EMS personnel is primordial to identify, primarily, the most in danger-patients. Those patients who suffer from hypotension and hypoxia, one of the pharmacological measuresused is the plasma administration and those patients with haemorrhage, the Tranexamic acid. Once the patient is stabilized on the accident’s place, the transport to the most appropriate sanitary centre will be carried out by helicopter, due to is faster and the employees are more experienced with this type of complex patients; therefore their mortality descends.
