Abstract:
Bonavista is a working-class neighborhood that was born in the early 60s on the outskirts of Tarragona, with multiple problems at urban and social level. A neighborhood that looks at the sea but cannot touch it, a neighborhood that struggled to obtain public facilities that today are degenerating.In this way, we intervene in the neighborhood on three levels: a path is opened to the sea, the eastern and shouthern border are consolidated, and the public fabric is regenerated and complemented in empty depressed spaces of the neighborhood.
