Abstract:
In this 21st century, the media have evolved a lot. One of these new attractions in the new entertainment is the platform YouTube, well known by all (especially young people). Hence the figure of youtuber: the creator of content on YouTube. Known the youth of this new mode of entertainment, there are few scientific studies on the youtubers and their success. Verbal characteristics have been scarcely analysed and, as always, non-verbal, even less. That is, this study aims to offer and systematize, scientifically, the non-verbal characteristics of the youtubers. For this, it is convenient to analyse a large corpus of videos of these youtubers, in particular, one of his best known themes: "50 cosas sobre mí". From this corpus, the work also aims to offer some considerations about sociolinguistic variation: the genolectal, dialectal and sociolect differences that may exist in the nonverbal communication of these youtubers.
