STUDY OF VIABILITY TO THE INSTALLATION OF DISTRIBUTED GENERATION IN THE MUNICIPAL SPORTS COMPLEX OF BONAVISTA AUTOR: Sergio Alcalá León DIRECTOR: Francisco González Molina sergio.alcala@estudiants.urv.cat francisco.gonzalezm@urv.cat Abstract. The increase of electrical demand in the last decades has supposed a change of the energy model. This, at the same time, has supposed a change of the electrical market. In the last quinquennial, at least in the first years, had been a high point about technologies that contribute to the renewables ones. Due to the economic crisis that began in 2007 and until now the country has not passed, has left this issue at the background. Government’s subsidies and the attempt to achieve the objectives of the PER 2005 - 2010 have become less relevant, reaching eliminate many of these grants. In the present project it is to carry out the completion of a feasibility study for the installation of distributed generation in the district of Bonavista, particularly in the municipal sports complex. Different technologies of possible implementation will be presented and the feasibility study of the most appropriate technology that supplies electrically this complex is carried out. This project is made by motivating a new market, a new way of understanding power generation apart from the current model of centralized and outdated generation and implementing a new model (recovered from the principles of electricity) which is about generating at the point of consume. This model can offer in Spain, specifically in Catalonia thousands of jobs. Contributing to solve different social and energetic problems that we suffer today.
