This project is written in order to describe, calculate and evaluate all the elements necessary for the design and commissioning of the electrification of the whole building and the HVAC system for multifamily flats and office using a renewable energy source such as is geothermal. To achieve this goal we have followed these steps:  Study of thermal loads  Study and dimensioning of the geothermal system  Choice diffusers, vents and fans  Select system and air conditioning equipment  Calculation of electrical system  Sizing the forced ventilation and fire prevention system of the underground car park  Regulation of the HVAC using a control system by CIAT Study Program: Degree in Electrical Engineering Defense Date: June 2015
