Emarca73@gmail.com The CAP St. Pere is a medical building, area: 5,000 m2, located in Reus. The project covers the complete air-conditioning and electrical facilities. Since it is a building renovated 20 years ago, the requirement for the replacement of the facility, is real. The project aims to design, dimension and reflect the elements faithfully. The air conditioning is a system based on production air - water, water distribution, and terminal air conditioners. On the electrical installation, it’s considered a public building and includes the complete reshuffle.
