Abstract:
In the current dissertation of the end of my degree an opinion is made of a quota settlement act to the social Security. We will solve which is the process to follow from the date when the act takes place to the resolution of the competent authority. Moreover, we will analyse the observed irregularities, which imply differences in the contribution, for instance, the subsistence expenditures that the workers have the right to perceive and the type of contract that will be applicable. Finally, we will determine if it is possible to evade the joint liability.
