Abstract: Arran de la pandèmia provocada per la COVID-19, s'ha produït un debat  jurídic referent a les restriccions i límits dels drets fonamentals que s'han vist afectats per la normativa imposada pels Governs per a fer front a aquesta situació. Aquest article tracta en concret, l'àmbit del dret de reunió, el qual és un dels concernits. L'estudi es divideix en dos clars apartats, d'una banda, la part més teòrica del dret on s'analitzarà el concepte i els límits que pot arribar a suportar. I d'altra banda, en la seva part més aplicada, s'examinen les afectacions produïdes pel Reial Decret 463/2020 al dret de reunió, així com la possibilitat existent d'acudir a altres normes per a articular les limitacions i restriccions permeses per la Constitució Espanyola. In the wake of the pandemic caused by COVID-19, there has been a legal debate concerning the restrictions and limits of fundamental rights. Those rights have been affected by the regulations imposed by governments to deal with this situation. This article deals specifically with the area of the right of assembly, which has the biggest is impact. The study is divided into two clear sections: on the one hand, the theoretical part of the right, where the concept and the limits it can be subject to, will be analysed. On the other hand, the more applied part examines the effects of Royal Decree 463/2020 on the right of assembly and the existing possibility of resorting to other regulations to articulate the limitations and restrictions allowed by the spanish constitution.
