Abstract:
Abstract Objectives: The objectives of this investigation in this case is knowing the factors of cancer patients by using breast milk from mothers as an adjunct to conventional, knowing what factors donor M mothers to help in its application, and the importance of being recognized the demands of patients in their desire for healing. Method: From qualitative research and participant observation, two interviews to M are performed to meet their disease process and the factors by which M decided to treat breast milk; and two donor mothers to also know the factors which decide to help M .Results: The factors by which M decides to take breast milk is the antitumor power, the experience of Dr. Fernandez and his autonomy to decide which. It was the best treatment for healing. The main factor which helps nursing mothers M is for altruism. Conclusions: The importance of the decision of patients in disease processes leads to a respectful and unique experience, improving mood and wellbeing.
