Abstract:
Nowadays, the figure of the women in numerous occasions turns out to be reflected as a core of polemics and protests; although it is true that the situation of inequality that exists currently, is not comparable to the existing one with the rigid and ferrous restrictions in other historical stages, such a lived during the period of the dictatorship's Franco restored in Spain from the year 1939 in order the Spanish Civil war, up to Francisco Franco's death in the year 1975 which supposed a real repression to the development of the women, where they centered on numerous legal regulations those who were established inequalities not only in the labor life but also in the own daily life in the area of the family life. For it, with this work I tried to reflect and give a more widespread vision of which it was the really situation of the women during more than thirty years in which the dictatorship was kept latent. For that, in order to be able to form the best possible way the aims marked of the present work, divided by chapters, the first one it is directed the exhibition of the props on which the regime was resting in order to be able to have a vision of the pro-Franco company and his consequences; the second chapter where can be observed the situation of the woman and a third party centered exclusively on the juridical regulation of the woman where there is carried out the analysis of the laws promulgated.
